- Child age is 4 to 11 years
- Between 1st August to 30th September, Maya Bay will be closed to visitors due to ecosystem preservation. During this time, there'll be a sightseeing boat tour of the bay, from a respectful distance
- Children must be over 4 years of age to take part while adults must be aged under 70 to take part in speedboat excursions
- Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems
- Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility
- Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
- Height, weight and/or age restrictions may apply
