What to remember

Accessibility:

  • For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility (wheelchair, a stroller, crutches, etc) cannot access the Eiffel Tower summit floor (3rd floor)

Not allowed:

  • Non-foldable strollers and small suitcases
  • Glass bottles, knives, sharp objects, padlocks, alcohol, and aerosols

Know in advance:

  • The city tour by bus is non-stop. The route and itinerary are given as an indication only; they may be subject to change for reasons of traffic or other exceptional events
  • Each 1st Sunday of the month, the Champs Élysées Avenue is closed to traffic, you can check to do the city tour by bus another day
  • Commentaries available in 10 languages + 3 children's languages (French, English, Spanish)
  • The Seine river cruise ticket will be delivered by your host. The ticket is valid up to 6 months. You can take the cruise whenever you want during your stay in Paris
  • Despite the priority access to enter the Eiffel Tower, there might be a delay passing through the security check and the lift
  • All visitors are subject to security checks to enter at The Eiffel Tower. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the monument
  • The order of the visits can change

    The tour guide was helpful and explained everything . We were led to the accessible entrances which was helpful . It was very crowded but we went to the top and the view was great. The river cruise was lovely and you can use the tickets when you like. The bus tour was also good , taking you around some major sights. Though the audio needs a bit of work ! The weather was great which made it all the more enjoyable. It was a lot in one day but if you're in Paris for a short time it was worth it.

    Booked anticipating a 4 hour experience (so arranged other appointments for later in day). Arrived at 10:15 to be told to come back for bus tour at 16:15. Eiffel Tower visit was what we made it. Bus tour at rush hour meant many stops at traffic lights and in traffic queues. Evening cruise excellent

    Das Paket ist ganz nett, aber nur um zum Eiffelturm geführt zu werden und eine Stadtrundfahrt zu machen ist das Angebot etwas dürftig. Die Tickets für die Seine-Bootsfahrt gab’s in die Hand mit dem Hinweis, dass man die individuell in den nächsten Tagen nutzen kann. Ein Gesamtpaket sollte auch als ein solches sein. Da buche ich mir die Pakete lieber einzeln allein.
