Unfortunately, the Sainte Chapelle and the Conciergerie are not wheelchair accessible

Not allowed:

Suitcases, luggage and large bags; only bags smaller than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are permitted inside

Know in advance:

Sainte Chapelle is a place of worship and requires appropriate attire to visit. Both men and women are required to wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. The local operator is not responsible for entry prohibited due to inappropriate clothes
This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
Security measures are enforced at Sainte-Chapelle
Group visits inside Notre-Dame will resume in June 2025. To visit Notre-Dame on your own, access is available via walk-in or free pre-booked time slots on the official Notre-Dame website
