Enjoyed the trip very much, but it was spoilt by an awful loud mouthed lady with her disabled son (not his fault all the mother). I, and most other people would have made her leave, but she ended up with another staff member with her to keep her away from other guests, surely such bad behaviour shouldn't be tolerated?.

Then its time to meet and feed the adorable elephants, learning about their natural behaviours in a habitat free from abuse. There's also a chance to watch a demonstration of rubber tapping and sheet making.
