Food or beverage of any nature unless permitted by or specially arranged and catered for by SLPL

Know in advance:

Singapore Flyer will be operating daily from 10AM to 10PM
Free admission for children age below 2 years old
Please check the latest operating schedule from Singapore Flyer official website before your visit
In the event of inclement weather, Singapore Flyer flight operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Time Capsule, will remain open. If affected, you may revisit within the next 30 days. If the e-ticket / QR code has been scanned at the attractions entrances, you may approach the staff at Singapore Flyer Flight Entrance on Level 1 for assistance
You may be requested to show identification for verification purposes, and they have the right to refuse admission to anyone on suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized tickets, without refund or compensation
The local operator is not be held liable for unauthorized duplication or lost or stolen tickets
The Time Capsule (pre-boarding gallery at Singapore Flyer) will be closed for upgrading from 28 April 2025. The entrance will be temporarily relocated to Level 2 of the terminal building. The new Time Capsule is set to reopen in August 2025, featuring refreshed interactive exhibits and enhanced experiences
